1. Digital Service Nature

We provides digital access credentials, activation services, and technical support.
Because the service is delivered instantly after purchase, it is classified as a non-returnable digital product.

Therefore, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or login details have been delivered.

2. Trial & Testing Responsibility

Customers are strongly encouraged to test compatibility before purchasing a long-term plan.

By completing a purchase, you confirm:

  • Your device is compatible

  • Your internet speed is sufficient

  • The service works in your region

  • You understand channels may change

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Disliking channel lineup

  • Missing channels

  • Regional blocking

  • ISP restrictions

  • Device incompatibility

  • Buffering caused by slow internet

  • Lack of technical knowledge

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • A verified technical failure occurs on our side

Our support team must be given the opportunity to resolve the issue first.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • You refuse troubleshooting steps

  • You opened a dispute without contacting support

Opening a payment dispute without contacting us first may result in permanent service suspension.

5. Replacement Instead of Refund

  • Account replacement

  • Subscription extension

  • Technical fix

instead of a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute after successful activation is considered fraud/abuse of digital service access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all services

  • Block future purchases

  • Provide proof of delivery to payment processors

7. Processing Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method only.

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
